(More customer reviews)I ordered this rack and modified the mounting to work on my road bike that I was planning to ride coast to coast. It worked well with the modifications even though the bike was not made to have a front rack and did not have braze-ons. I actually used a rear spindle to mount it to the front wheel/fork and P-clamps from Home Depot as a secondary mount to the upper forks. Google RidingForAdventure to read more about the trip. Needless to say it functioned well and I am still using this rack with Ortlieb bags.
