(More customer reviews)Just to follow up on the previous guy. I bought these last year and put them on my Specialized Robaix road bike. I live in Seattle and it rains all winter, so you need fenders to ride in the winter. Overall they are decent fenders. First, they are very light at 180 grams, so a good fender for a fast road bike. Not a good fender for a long term communter bike, they are too fragile for long term use. The back fender goes all the way down to the bottom bracket (unlike some other fenders I've used) so they keep the crud off the bottom bracket and your shoes. Installation is a bit of a pain but not too horrible, takes about 1 hour to figure it all out.
So I used these for a whole season and the things I like and don't like:
* Like that they are very light.
* Don't like that they are a bit wobbly, but lightness has it's price
* Like that they provide very good coverage and keep the crud off my bike and me.
* Don't like that they are fragile
* Don't like that you have to constantly check the screws to ensure they are not winding off.
Just yesturday I hit something wierd in the road (not sure what it was) but the fenders snapped. I could not find an easy way to get replacement parts, so I ordered a whole new fender. With 2 fenders @ 100$ a bit pricey but now I have lots of replacement parts :).
So overall 3 stars.
