(More customer reviews)I was hesitant to order because of the size issue. I wear a 9.5 in almost everything and had read (just like you) to go one half size up. I took the chance and went one half size up (44 for 9.5) and they fit perfect. The shoes themselves appear to be of good quality, but I have only had them for a couple of weeks now. That's my experience, hope it helps.
