(More customer reviews)Perfect fit for my 21.1mm stem on my "vintage" 1970s road bike. I needed to buy longer brake cables though. Finally, upright riding; and I can even use the drop bars too; who says the frame was too small for me. For me Niagara took a while but was well within their estimates for delivery (and well worth it too).
Don't forget you will need a long hex key / allen wrench to reach to tighten it down.
