It's marketed as a cell phone bag, but I bought it to hold the external battery for my iphone, which is mounted on my handlebar. The stem seemed like the ideal place to mount a battery.
Unfortunately, there are two types of bike stems. If you have the older quill type stem, you're out of luck. This stem mount is for the newer pinch type stem.
